Hey everyone there are so many hotels listed for $30-$40 a night in Nov. off property. Are any of these nice???Any off prop. suggestions? Going to Sea World for a few days & the beach for a few. [Our big Dis trip will be next year on prop of course] Just looking for a cheap but nice, safe area. We have a little one so keep that in mind. PLEASE HELP!!! I'm clueless when it comes to being outside WDW in Orlando.

Try hotels.com. They seem to be having a sale right now. For the week of Thanksgiving, Seralago was arounf $30.00 a night. There were several other nice hotels for around $40.00 to $45.00 a night.

Right that is where I see the prices.I just don't know if I can trust that the hotels are nice. I have a baby who will be sleeping in a low pack & play & don't want bugs in the room. LOL not that anyone wants bugs in the room, but Fl is known for them.

I use Hotwire in conjuction with Betterbidding.com to get the probable hotel I'll get.90% of the time I'm happy with the hotel I get, occasionally I'll end up getting another hotel than the one I thought I would get but overall you can't complain as they're never dumps.I've gotten hotels like The Rosen Shingle Creek,Rosen Centre and even the new Hilton by the convention center for like $55-$65,I've stayed st the Comfort Suites on Turkey lake rd well over a dozen times paying $24-$48,however the last couple of times this hotel hasn't turned up but I've gotten others with similar prices like the Hampton Inn by the convention center for around $40.

I would check travelzoo.com regularly because they have some awesome hotels deals. I was able to snag Residence Inn on Universal Blvd for 49.00 a night for Labor Day weekend.

I'll look in to these. That is exactly what I'm looking for. specific names of hotels in that price range b/c there is so many listed. I just don't know what to try. I have only ever stayed @ value & moderate disney resorts.

I'll second the Hampton Inn recommendation although I've never stayed at the Orlando Mall location - they are generally very good hotels and to find one for $35 is great!

Another option is Comfort Inn LBV...I've stayed here for $34 a night and it is decent - kind of run down, but very decent and I didn't have any problems.
