Can I buy this if I don't buy tickets through Disney? I have received two different answers from CM and need to budget this out.

We were told absolutely not - you can only get the dining as part of package including tickets and room and you have to get tickets for entire length of stay as well.
Thats what we were told anyway.

You have to buy at least one day ticket for each person in your party from Disney in order to use the Dining Plan

We wanted to know the same thing and after researching it you have to buy tickets. And you must buy the meal plan for every night of your stay and for all people in your party.
