MYW Dining plan question

We're going back to WDW in Dec. with some of my dh's family who have never been. We know of a few places we want to take them we think they would enjoy, and we also want to do the CP package. I've read here that the Fantasmic dinner package was included in the dining plan, do you think they will include CP? We won't have the dining plan as we have AP's so therefore don't need a package, but we don't want them to miss CP.
