I'll wait for the evening DISers to take a stab at it, and if they don't get it, I'll post another hint. This would really fall underneath Dans 'Look Up, Look Down' mentality at WDW, although there are many ways to know exactly where this is.
I'm positive that most(all?) people here on the DIS have gone right past(over?) this and never even noticed it.
Ok, I'm guessing this is actually Main Street itself, at which end I'm not sure. That appears to be the tire and possbily wheel well of the firetruck. So it might be at either end of Main Street where the fire truck stops.
Well, maybe that's it, and then again, maybe not. LOL
I will say it's in Tomorrowland, but exactly where I'm not sure. It looks like a black wheel and a red car-like thing, so could it be near the Indy Speedway? I know they have those cars parked outside the exit for kids to sit in, but I don't think that's exactly it. This is a hard one!!!

Well, close enough I suppose. This is taken off the pedestrian walkway at the finish line of the Tommorrowland speedway. NOT the queue line, but the one you walk over when the ride is over. There is a sign on the walkway explaining that this is an actual brick from the Indianapolis Speedway put into the track here at WDW. Turns out they also have some bricks like this (which is what the Indianapolis Speedway was originally paved with) at the REAL speedway at the REAL start/finish line, which is where this one is placed here at WDW. If you do a web search on Culver Block it would have told you where this brick was from and given a clue.
You learned something new today!
(btw...the reason I knew is that there is one of those information plaques during the ride queue saying it's there and to look for it.)
