MVMCP Pass Question

I bought 4 passes to MVMCP a little while ago.

turns out 2 of the people cannot go now...so I want to give them to my nephew/niece for them to go.

Is this ok...or do i need to inform disney in any way?

They are all adult passes, so I know thats ok.

I dont think you need to inform ANYone really! The halloween party passes dont come with names on them. Just give them to your DN & DN and have a great time!!
