So what are the big draws at all the parks? First time visitors here so haven't really read anything on what ones are the best. We have an adventuresome bunch going with us and one 4yr old, so let me have 'em!

It really depends on your specific family. With adventurer I say you can do a few more of the bigger rides:

Those are what our family tries to hit as a minimum during our park days. You also have the parades, fireworks and shows, etc....

Hey! You are going to have so much fun!
I personally would get the book "the unofficial guide to Disney 2014". I can get it at my library even. I think they do a really great job explaining each ride, fear factor, height requirements, ages that like it etc.

That book sounds great, but we leave in 2 weeks. I'm in an isolated town, so no book stores and ordering would take too long. Thanks though!
