Bwahahahahahaha! If I had more time for dreck and drivel I would toadily do this. Especially the one where my friend who is a hostess at Chef Mickey's gets me a walk up table for 12 people at the Royal Table.

Alrighty here's the new and improved way to write a TR.

The beginning:

Eating in France. No Ratatouille. Idk where they hide that rat. Maybe in the food?

Me. Acting silly. Shocking, I know. Supposed to be at my favorite ride (splash mt), but it somehow turned into me by a garbage can.

Me. Waiting for the 11 pm parade. Because I love to sit and wait. Especially for parades. Cuz I'm patient and very into parades? I did find a horse hitch though. Also it was only 111 heat index that day. Decent hair is impossible. Just sayin'.

Found two VERY questionable "ladies" hanging out together.

Food porn. (but not LooUhVull food porn, Twink. Sorry)

At first I was like "If Hollywood flew to Loo-uh-vull to drive with Peej, why did babycow go?"
Then I was like "Shush, Cel! What THE dh doesn't know won't hurt him!"

Hey, who let THAT guy in here???


Well, we attempted to see Toy Story 3 in 3D this evening, since Big Daddy had the day off. Unfortunately, the last 4 tickets to the IMAX theatre were sold TO THE PEOPLE IN FRONT OF US! Grrrr! So we schmai'd around the furniture store that houses the IMAX theatre (don't ask), and then had some burgers at Fuddrucker's (also in the same store). This furniture store has a giant display (called Beantown) in its lobby. It's a replica of parts of Boston, made of about 25 million jelly beans. Not sure how all that ties in with upscale furniture, but the kids enjoyed it.


Shortly after we got home, our town's mosquito abatement crew came by to spray our yard for those hideous little critters. They backed their truck right into the yard and sprayed well into the woods behind my house, as well as on the banks of the stream that abuts our property. I'm so happy that we'll be able to go out and enjoy the yard now without being swarmed!

Marita - You are in the same building as Peej. And you can't find a few minutes to stop in and say hello???!!

I received an e-mail last night that my kettlebell class was going to be canceled tonight, so I took my bike into work so I could go for a bike ride tonight. I stopped at our farmer's market for snackage, then rode around on the river trail for about an hour. It was pretty fun! I'm going to ride my bike down to the river for an office lunch fishing event tomorrow. Tonight's ride was partially a dry run to see how far of a ride it was to the fishing spot. Not too bad. I was amazed at how many people were out and about riding bikes and walking on the trail. I think this is going to be a regular exercise thing for me on some of my non-workout nights.

Moo, we're going to try again to see TS3 before the weekend is over. We really want to see it at the IMAX theatre, so we're hoping our weekend schedule jibes with their showtimes.

Your bike ride sounds fun! What a great way to mix up your exercise routine!

I spent a fascinating hour with our Exc Housekeeper today going over duties for Linen Distribution (a tour) involves stocg the carts for the Housekeepers. They really blew the budget for this. so I had to take this to the director today to try to get the additional hours appoved, and he did! WoooHOO!

Thanks everybody. I know you enjoyed that detailed report. That dessert was from California grill. theres raspberry sorbet in that little edible bowl on the side and then I think it was chocolate mousse and stuff. It was yummy.

marita-pj does work this summer only for the next few weeks. shes going to mexico and then to her familys condo and stuff. she works crazy hours too. sometimes like 7 am to midnight.

Moo- I am so impressed with you for having such fun workout ideas. We walked last night. Well the kids who can rode bikes, THE dh pushed the little ones in the double stroller and I walked and pushed Goldenchild up the hills on his bike when he needed help. Our old house was truely on the prairie hence no hills. Where we live now is surprisingly hilly for kansas.

Well today is FRIDAY THANK GOODNESS......yes I can say that today....My husbands DARLING DOG woke me up at five fifteen ....thought she wanted to go out but noooooooooooo she wanted food so I fed he and laid back down but no go......I am not a happy wife of the dogs owner.....hahaha.......it is fun to put the blame back on him..

Guess I will change Ava's diaper and rock her for a few moments and put her to the slumber land of two hours of rest for me.....she and I have run ragged today......

What a nice summer day it is. Sun is shining not to hot.

Decided to brave Costco this morning but it wasn't to bad for a Friday.

Tonight is a busy night , Nicholas is going to a tourment out of town with the coach for the night and I have to get Hannah dressed up and to church tonight for grade 8 graduation. She is in the choir. Has to be there for 5:30 and have to have Nicholas at the coaches house at the same time. Hubby is working tonight. So feed them and run after school.

Two more days of school left, report cards come home on Monday.

Lynette-- I know you watch Days. I am loving the flashbacks for Alice's memorial. Now if only they could bring in some new storylines. I think I could miss a month and Chloe and Daniel would be going back and forth.

I used to watch days, but it got so corny, even I couldn't watch anymore.

Then when I turned it on one day and Bo was pretty cozy with some chick, I gave up. You can't split up Bo and Hope.

What happened to Alice? I know she was old and all, but did she retire, or did she really pass?

Mony Francis Reid died in Jan-Feb in real life but they only had her funeral this week, since show were already taped up until April they did it now. They brought back some of the old characters and said she was sick and the end was near. Thursday show she died, today was the funeral. They have been having great flashbacks. The woman with Bo is Carly she was one of his girlfriends a long time ago when we thought Hope was dead ( for the umteenth time ) Then she left the show with Vivian's nephew years ago. We just go in circles with this show.

Wait! Don't say anymore about the flashbacks! I'm a bit behind on Days. I am hoping to catch up this weekend. I can't wait to see some of my fave characters come back for Alice's memorial. But you're right about the Daniel and Chloe thing. And Mony, I agree about splitting up Bo and Hope....I wish they'd send Carly back where she came from! If they could just pick up the pace of the storylines, it'd be so much better! I've been watching since I was 11, but sometimes I just fast-forward through 2/3 of each episode, since there's NOTHING going on!

Oh, I am an old Days fan too. I forgot about the memorial being this week. Didn't Jennifer come back, along with Kayla? Oh SNAP! Wish I hadn't missed that.

I'm a little sad, but happy today. My son just got his senior pics made today. I'm happy he's growing up, but it is amazing how fast it has flown by. He looked so nice in his formal picture. I hope we end up with at least two good ones for the yearbook. My son is NOT a fan of having his picture taken. Although, the photographers said I was a quiet mom, to which my husband . He couldn't believe it, so I had to have my son confirm it.

Before long, I'll be having a graduation party and he will be going off to college. Where? He doesn't know yet, but we still have a bit of time for that.

Puppy Cocoa is doing great! We left her to go eat dinner tonight, and it was the first time she hasn't pooped in her crate while we were gone. I think she has done that in the past just due to nervousness. She is sleeping through the night, which is an added bonus.
