Forgot one of my favorite pics!jinia - thanks so much for posting pics! They make me SO excited about the party!
The second pic of the ghost dancers is great! It looks just like the ballroom scene of HM!
Now I just need a costume. I am thinking of being Sally form a Nightmare Before Christmas. But I don't think I'll do the white face paint - I'm guessing it will be hot and I'll be *warm* and not want it. I've been looking online but haven't found a great deal on the costume. If anyone has suggestions I'd love them!
Night photos aren't the best for me but here are the zombie dancers from the parade!

Yes, it was in ToonTown, but when we were there, the line was really long, so we didn't wait. We went ToT instead. They had free face painting last year. If I remember correctly, we came out of Ray's for dinner, took a left and stumbled onto it..... think it was in ToonTown last year. The line for us was about 25 mins. Was the longest line we had that night. There were 6 face painters there but it took time because its really popular and there were many families that had their whole families get their face painted even though intention might have been just for the kids. It was fun! The face painters were really into it and they encouraged everyone to get face paintings. So, really not bad for 25 mins wait, the results were great! My DS loved it and it made his pirate costume complete!
I had heard here on the boards that it was a good idea to line up at the face painting site before the party started at seven. We were there at the first party and we lined up at about quarter to seven and there was already a short line. We had to wait about 15 minutes after they started but it was so worth the wait. Here's a tip, if you like a design very much but are wearing different colors, ask for the same design in different colors! I got the 'Tinkerbell' look but with "Figment" colors, which went great with my Figment horns, purple shirt and wings from Claires. Instant Figment costume!
Hey Guys!
We are planning to go to our first MNSSHP this year on 9/21 (or maybe the 18th, not too sure yet).
Thinking about costumes. My older daughter said she wants to be the queen of hearts this year, so I asked the younger daughter if she would like to be Alice and she agreed. What can the rest of us go as to go along with the them. There will be four adults.
I don't want to do full-out costumes for the adults, just accessories. I'm thinking one of us can be the chesire cat: a pink and purple striped shirt, and pink or purple cat ears, painted on whiskers. One of the guys could buy a mad hatter hat and go as that. I need two more simple Alice In Wonderland costume ideas. Any thoughts?
I'm thinking we need a picture of that
No it is not on the tickets, but based on what I saw here, I had asked the CM when I bought the tickets and she confirmed that yes, you can enter after 4PM with the tickets. My question is, since it does not say it on the form, was this an error or just an unwritten rule type thing?
