MNSSHP merchandise?

We are going to MNSSHP on the 18th. Do all of the shops have the merchandise that is available only during the party? I have heard people mention that it sells out early, do you think it's still available?

I am assuming that they carry Halloween items that are sold during normal hours. How do you know what is considered exclusive party items and what isn't?
