MNSSHP, and FP+ for A&E LOL

Hope I can explain this well enough for someone to help.

We are going to WDW for 10 days, but only buying tix for 8 days (one day ToT 10 miler, one day MNSSHP at 4 PM)

Do A&E meet on party days / nights?

If so, I'd like to use my FP selections for a party night to FP them - but not use a tix for this day. (I've read you can't FP for a party unless you ALSO have a tix for that day)

Then, I will have one day we actually ARE going to the park that I won't use FP+ for (probably our World Showcase F&W day)

Is planning to do this going to blow up MDE? Am I just setting myself up for disaster?

I don't want to get to the park on my Epcot F&W day and not have a tix available since I already used my FP selections for that day, KWIM?

If anyone can advise I'd appreciate it. I can't even believe the scenarios possible with this system!

FP isn't available during the party at all. So, no you wont be able to get a FP for during the party. But the lines "should" be walk ons anyways. I am, however, not sure if A&E will be meeting during the party though. I hope so.

that helps to know. I was thinking of doing around 5 so technically not party time even tho a party day, sooooo confusing

You can get into the park at 4 using your party ticket. Many have asked about getting FP+ from 4-7 with the party tickets only and the consensus is currently that no one knows. I would go with the assumption that you cannot do this, it doesn't seem logical anyways for Disney to do this when the "official" time for party guests to enter is at 7 (even though we know they let you in earlier). However, I wouldn't plan on being able to book FP+ with your party ticket. The September dates are starting to open up now (we book tonight) so only time will tell, but again, I wouldn't count on it.

I just booked this morning. I did 3 fast passes for the night of my Halloween Party. Starting 3:30 to 4:30...SO I could get all 3 in and then I just didn't plan any on another day. Once the party is over I figured I could go back in and make the 3 for my HS day 4 days later.. I bought my MNSSHP ticket through Shades of Green so its not linked to my acct.

Bumping, I am looking at doing same thing, but want mine train and not A and E. I can make FP tonight and was going to try for 4-7 time frame also. Entering on a party ticket after 4. Willing to sacrifice another day of FP to do this. I am concerned about a few things. One if I enter early how do I get it to deduct the party ticket and not another park day, so I am considering using a hard ticket. Wondering if I will be able to access my FP + on my MB if I enter the park on a different ticket.
