We will be traveling with DD, who is 6. We have 2 MK days planned. We do plan to RD both days if we can (one for sure). Both days are predicted crowd levels 3 and 4

Is it unrealistic to think we'd like to do as much as possible listed here over the 2 days? If we can get some character M&G's that'd be good too, but between the parade, our meal at Akershus, and the A&E FP, we'll see some of the main princesses, so that will be sufficient. Plus I'm sure we'll get some others in at our other park days.

Must Do:
A&E
7D
Festival of Fantasy parade
Journey of Little Mermaid
Pirates of the Caribbean
Haunted Mansion
Laugh Floor
Peter Pan's Flight

Like to do:
Splash Mountain
Big Thunder Mountain Railroad (do we need this if we're doing 7D?)
Small World
Barnstormer
Buzz Light Year Spin
Enchanted Tales
Jungle Cruise
Mickey's PhilharMagic

Also, for the 6 FP+'s I can book (3 for each day, correct?) I'm thinking of doing:
A&E
7D
FoF parade
Big Thunder Mountain Railroad
Peter Pan's Flight
1 more I don't know what to get?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

You should have no trouble doing all of that over a 2-day span. My FP suggestions can be found in the green link in my signature.

I was actually already referencing your FP suggestion, it's the one I have bookmarked for all of our park days, very helpful, thank you!

YES! You can definitely do all of that in 2 days! We (with a 6 and 8 year old) did everything in MK plus meet and greets and parade in two days. (everything expect Space Mtn), We've been able to do several things twice, and during Spring Break crowds. You will be amazed at how many rides you can do during the first two hours if you hit rope drop. We tend to focus on rides those couple hours and then slow down a bit to do character meet and greets. I would use your 6th FP as a repeat for something in Fantasyland, with a 6 year old, that will likely be the favorite, I would do a 2nd for either 7D or Peter Pan.

Good to know! I figured we'd head straight for Fantasyland at RD, since most of the things we want to do can be found there.

I'm also trying to find out how to split these things up, to know what to do on which days? I know of course with 2 days we'll do some things twice, but from these two lists, I don't know how to split up our activities?

Last summer, we did 2 days at the Magic Kingdom and arrived early both days. On our second day, instead of walking to the right and visiting Fantasyland and Tomorrowland with 90% of the crowd, we went straight to the Haunted Mansion and walked right on. Then, we worked out way to the left and hit Splash Mountain, BTMR, the Enchanted Tiki Room, Tree House, and Jungle Cruise all with no more than 10 minute waits. My boys did not want to do Pirates again, but there was minimal wait for that, too. Our fastpasses for that day were all in the afternoon in Fantasyland.

I would keep your BTMR fastpass if it is a priority because the line can get pretty long. As for your last fastpass, I would ask your daughter what one other attraction she really wants to experience. Hopefully, the lines aren't long for you, but if they are, it is nice to know that you don't have to sacrifice something your DD wants to do. The great part is that it is easy to change your fp+ choices easily once you are there. My boys decided after the first day that they didn't want to do the Tomorrowland Speedway 2 days in a row, so we switched to 7DMT.

I would rope drop Fantasyland on your first day (since, that is the big draw for the little ones), we always hit Peter Pan first. If you do this you could free up that FP for something else later in the day. (Buzz Lightyear?) On that first day you could work your way around to Tomorrowland.
The 2nd day I would start in the Frontierland side, you will be able to walk on a lot over there first thing. And then I would schedule an FP for something in Fantasy land for mid day, as you make your way around you can hit several things in Fantasyland again, (if you think your DD would want to ride 7D again? or Peter Pan?, those you would def want FP's for if you are hitting them mid day). And use FP for Big Thunder, or Splash Mtn (or both) for late morning.
You could fit the Parade in either day.
I am always surprised how easy it is to get on most things in Frontierland in the morning, since like PP said, most people head straight to Fantasyland. So Definitely worth starting here one day.
So looking at your wish list of FP's, first day I would use FP for 7D, A&E, and Buzz (Or Parade and stand-by Buzz)
The second day, I would FP Big Thunder and/or Splash (depending on if you need one for Parade this day), and add one for Fantasyland, (either 7D or Peter Pan).
(Others are may have better recs on the FP usage for you).
