GM Ladies.

I am at work today!! I had to get out the house otherwise I was going to go banana's. Aly is definately on the mend...left her with dad today.

OMG...Keeping Alexis in my prayers. Poor baby.

Lorie - I hope sweet lil Erik feels better soon.

Kristina - how is your DH?

She's in recovery now. The appendix had burst had a lot of cleanup to do. She'll be on 3antibiotics. Shell be in hospital from 3 to 7days.

Bless her heart! I'm praying that she has an excellent recovery.

Hey y'all please pray for Alexis! She is having an. Emergency appendectomy right now!

She's in recovery now. The appendix had burst had a lot of cleanup to do. She'll be on 3antibiotics. Shell be in hospital from 3 to 7days.

Oh my goodness! Prayers said for Alexis. I hope her recovery goes well and she gets home and back to her diva self soon!

Add us to the sick list. I had to pick up Rie from school this morning. Took her to the doctor where she was tested for the 2nd time for the flu and strep-both negative. He had he tested for mono because ever since she first got sick a month ago, she hasn't been able to totally shake the sore throat, headaches, fatigue.
Of course I don't want it to be mono but on the other hand, I want to know why she keeps getting sick and can't recover. She feels bad, then feels better, and then w/in a few days, she's sick again. Right now she's sleeping and Rie is usually the energizer bunny. My poor sugar, I hope she feels better soon.

Hey Y'all,
Sorry for the late update on Alexis. Cell phone battery went dead in the hospital today. Got home & gobbled down some food. Alexis slept about an hour this evening, not much at all considering the meds she's on. They gave her morphine & tylenol w/codiene at noon and 3:00. They had to give it to her again around 7:00. She is trying so hard to "be good" but she is in a lot of pain. She was able to drink water & a little juice without vomiting. The surgeon came in this evening & thought that she was doing as well as could be expected.

Thanks to all of you for the concern, love & prayers. I only thought I needed it & y'all for my surgery. Watching our "baby girl" in so much pain, is just killer.

Julie, I'm sorry Rie is feeling so bad. I hope you get some answers tomorrow.


Terry, You can get it at World Market. The cheapest I've found it is at Laborie's on Barataria & Lapalco. I think Rouse's has it too.

The strawberries came from One Smart Cookie Co. on Barataria near the Expwy. We had also talked about the cheesecakes from The Cheesecake Lady store on Manhattan. It's across Manhattan from the Target complex.

Not much going on here... putting our house on the market Saturday. Not in the condition that I would like to see.. but got to get rid of it. Wish we would have gone the apartment route...would have been so much easier.
