Medieval Times Celebration Package?

I'm going to disneyland on my birthday in april, and realy want to have dinner at Medieval Times. I love that place!!
I heard they do a Celebration Package, has anyone done that? Does anyone know if the do anything for adults birthdays?
I want to get knighted, girls can do that right?

They announce it is your birthday(the king does it in his proclamation), but they do not knight people. It is a great show though!
