Man, I feel so bad for the folks on the Apr 24th cruise. With all the cancelled flights in, out of & around Europe, I'd be freaking out right about now if I was supposed to be in Barcelona in a week!

I just hope it's all a bad memory by the time mid-May rolls around...

Me too! Just talked to DH. He was suppose to be flying home today. His flight was cancelled and rescheduled until Wednesday! Traffic and trains are nuts here! It took me about 30 minutes to go 1.5 km! He now wants me to research trains for our trip to Barcelona.

Have you seen the new DCL exclusive Dooney & Bourke purses?! They posted a link on the Disney Parks blog and they're adorable! I heard Goofy is carrying the flags of the Med countries we will visit.

To allow Genna to have 11 dresses to wear on the ship, i'll be sacrificing a good proportion of my 20KG baggage allowance to her. Apologies if I start recycling outfits towards the end of the cruise

She has already picked out most of the clothes she is wearing. If my calculations are correct, after she's added her shoes, I will be able to fit 1 pair of trousers, 1 polo shirt and a pair of shorts.

But don't forget the kilt!

Worth checking out if you've not used the pyrex 3 in 1 sheets before on the clothes you are planning on washing.

Thanks Jane I had no idea. I had read that on some board and thought it was a good idea, I will stick with Tide and dryer sheets as I am worried about the Little clothes that I can bring and I don't want to walk around with spots.

Yes, this particular style is found only on the Magic and the Wonder. They would make such a cute souvenir!

BTW, I've never personally seen the private dining room so I did some Google sleuthing and found the following. You can see the mural pixiedust was talking about. Opposite the mural are windows with pull down shades. Looks like the room then would be on the opposite side of the Palo entrance.

That's exactly it. The large windows will give you a great view of the ocean during your brunch. We ate there for dinner and brunch and you can really appreciate the room much more during brunch. Here are a few pictures from our cruise a few years ago (Jeff - I'll send you some different pics for the website tomorrow!)

The lighting is bad so you can't see my Granny or aunt very well but you can see how the windows are behind them! People can also walk by so you may get some visitors peeking in!

When you enter the room, these seats would be the first ones at the head of the table. You can see behind my grandparents how the rest of Palo is behind them.

I tried the Kilt on for size and it's way to big for me and the jacket is about 6 sizes too big. I think i'd need to put on about 45lbs for it to fit properly

Just got our room assigned. Weve been upgraded from a cat 12 to a cat 9 from what i can see. (Stateroom no.2606) Really surprised as we didnt book directly with DCL.
We would like to add our names for the cool lanyards being organised. Could some kind person please let me know who i contactAnyone out there flying from Newcastle on the 15th? If so, have you booked transfers with DCL or done them private. About to arrange ours so if anyone is interested in sharing, let me know

Too bad formal night is the first night instead of the last. You could easily gain 45 lbs on board.

I just found all my old navigators and menus from our last cruise! But still no sign of my pins. grrr..too many moves in a short amount of time

Our family spent the day at Disneyland yesterday for DD's spring break. We all got new annual passes as our way of thanking Mickey for the nice upgrade. Plus it got us into the Disney mode... now we just have to get a camping trip out of the way and it's nothing but cruise planning!! Better get started on the FE gifts...

I cannot believe it. I thought that the day would never come. TAX SEASON IS OVER!! Well, the crunch part is at least. I can FINALLY get back into cruise planning mode and start stressing about that instead of work. I am in no way ready for the trip.
