Hello, we are booked on this cruise. Our daughter will be 2 1/2 when we go... Can't wait!

This will be our 3rd cruise, but we have 2 more kids since our last one. I will be myself, DH, and our 4 kids. DS-16, DS-9, DS-6, and DD-4.

So, how are your plans coming along? I have a HUGE 3 ring binder will all kinds of stuff in there. I am a big planner. I am working on planning outfits mostly right now. I hope to make my daughter several outfits.

This will be our first Disney cruise but we have been on carnival cruises in the past. Our daughter will be 2 1/2 when we cruise in may. It will be our first cruise with our daughter so we are excited as well as nervous with keeping her busy. We too are big planners! Researching everything before we are 100% on board in May...

I will say from experience, you do not have to worry about entertaining your child. She will be entertained plenty. Our first cruise, our sons were 7 and 9months. Our 7 y/o ds stayed in the clubs every moment he could. We literally had to force him to eat dinner with us. We kept our other DS with us, and he was always happy, just watching everything else going on. The second cruise our youngest was just over 1 and he LOVED every minute of the cruise.

We'll be there with you. It's me, DH, and DD (19). This will be our 4th Disney cruise and the first on the Dream. Really looking forward to this cruise!

Just finished booking our second Disney cruise for 5/13. First on the Dream. The kids and I are so excited, now we just have to wait 13 months to go!!!

Happy Mothers day 2012 to all the Mom's sailing out with us.

There will be 3 mom's sailing with us so we hope to make it a special trip!!

I have a room with my 3 kids DS 12, DS 10, DD 4 (at the time of the cruise)
My mom in another room
and the third room my brother and sister-in-law with their two kids DS 6, DD 5

New addition my sister booked her room with her DS 6 today!!!

Looking forward to sharing in the excitement and planning process with our fellow cruisers. It's still a bit early but count us all in for the FE list when its started!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yeah!! More people! I'm so excited. I don't know how to do the FE exchange, but if someone tells me what to do, I will do it. I know about it. I am already planning on making my fish extender, and have lots of ideas for gifts.

I have only been part of an FE once. I didn't organize it but I believe all we have to do is keep track of how many kids (sometimes people include adults depends on the group) and ages as we go along and then when we are about a month out (which seems like soooo long from now) we get room numbers then give everyone a final list.

This is just what I assume if anyone has ever organized it before and has some pointers let us know!!!

so to start it off with the kids from my group it would be:

4 boys ages 6,7,10,12
2 girls ages 4,5

and then we just keep adding on as people join.

Okay, I will try to start keeping track of these. I may need some help or turn it all over to someone else.

We can keep track of it together. As the months go by whoever checks the board can add to the list. I don't mind doing it as well. The only part that should take any time is going to be getting the room numbers and arranging the list of rooms/families. But that won't be until about a month before the cruise when room numbers are finalized.

Besides the FE, decorating the doors, and getting the pillowcases/picture mattes signed does anyone else have any extra little things that they do to make the trip extra special? Just looking for ideas...

Hi everyone we just got off the dream(May1-5 2011) and we book this cruise for our next one!!!!

My DD (5) and I were also on the may 1st cruise. We went with my awesome MIL. We had so much fun that I convinced my DH to go next year. We will also be joined by my niece, who will be 14 when we go!

We can't wait!!!

Thats Great!!!! Our group has grown too!! Now My sister, her hubby and there 2 wonderful kids plus our friends and there little boy are all going with us!! Hopefull I can get my other sister to book will see she is a last min person not a planner Like me LOL by the way if you wanted to be part of the FE let me know =)
