I have only been part of an FE once. I didn't organize it but I believe all we have to do is keep track of how many kids (sometimes people include adults depends on the group) and ages as we go along and then when we are about a month out (which seems like soooo long from now) we get room numbers then give everyone a final list.
This is just what I assume if anyone has ever organized it before and has some pointers let us know!!!
so to start it off with the kids from my group it would be:
4 boys ages 6,7,10,12
2 girls ages 4,5
and then we just keep adding on as people join.
