I am kind of proud of myself as I continue doing the c25k. I have never really been a runner, only as a kid. I am sticking to and it and sort of surprised that I can do this. The longest spell for jogging today was 8 minutes twice! Each time I had a walk in between for 5 minutes. Tomorrow is regular strength training for me and then back to c25k on Saturday. The scheduled workout for saturday is 5 minutes walking and then 20 minutes stretch of jogging. I hope I can do it!
