March Exercise Challenge-Come Join the "Madness"!!

Hello,

60 minutes for me today.
30 minutes running/walking c25k, w5w2
30 minutes exercising with "the bean"

March 675/1200.

I am kind of proud of myself as I continue doing the c25k. I have never really been a runner, only as a kid. I am sticking to and it and sort of surprised that I can do this. The longest spell for jogging today was 8 minutes twice! Each time I had a walk in between for 5 minutes. Tomorrow is regular strength training for me and then back to c25k on Saturday. The scheduled workout for saturday is 5 minutes walking and then 20 minutes stretch of jogging. I hope I can do it!

Yesterday brought 30 minutes of walking along with DD on her bike. 630/1500...3440/18000
 
30 minute walk at lunch and a 45 minute workout tonight brings me to 525/750!
 
Good Friday Evening,

60 minutes today, 10 for a warm up walk on the TM and then 50 minutes of various strength exercises.

You should totally be proud of yourself! I am a graduate of C25K and what a difference! Like you, I have never been a runner...never. And the other day I just did my first 5-mile run! It was such a great feeling to accomplish that! Keep with it!
