Ah...well anyway apparently we are going to this one Just need to decide when to move our Crystal Palace reservation....any thoughts on late breakfast vs lunch vs dinner?

I think a late breakfast on an AM EMH day is good. You can take advantage of AM EMH and have breakfast around 1030 am. Treat it as brunch.

I've only done CP lunch and dinner and enjoyed them both. I hear great things about their breakfast also.

I don't think you can concentrate on just one land and stick to that plan regardless of wait times, etc. Sometimes it just makes sense to hop on HM now because it's only a 15 min wait even though you have to trek there from POTC...we go by listed wait times as well as a general sense of location.
