Can I put a few Lysol wipes in a Zip lock bag and take them in my carry on or should I keep them in their original container?

Thanks

My wife actually found trial size packets at Target and packed them in our carry-on bag for our trip last month.

Worked out perfectly! But I'm sure the ziploc bag would work too.

There's no restriction on wipes, you can bring the whole package.

I have brought several packets of Lysol and hand sanitizer wipes on board with no restrictions.

Are the hand wipes anti- bacterial or anti-viral?

(This is actually not my first post - don't know what happened to my first post, about my first visit to DL in 1957.)

I've heard that ships have removed the Purell wipes, as they are anti-bacterial. H1N1 is apparently a VIRUS.

Anyone? thanks!

This came directly from Lysol's website.

Q: Does LYSOL® kill Influenza A H1N1?

I put a ziploc baggie of wipes in a highly accessible location of the carry-on. I always wipe down all interior touching surfaces of the rental car, including the key, steering wheel, radio, window, seatbelt, etc. I also wipe down all touch surfaces of the hotel room, including phone, remote, light switches, and doorknobs/locks, etc.

i carry clorox wipes in my carry-on and wipe down our entire row of airplane seats/tray tables/window/etc due to my son's peanut allergies... i've never been questioned carrying the whole "roll" in my carry-on!

There was a guest doctor on Rachel Ray's show yesterday who advised that the overhead air flow and light knobs were two of the worst (full of germs) spots on a plane. He also advised that you use a paper towel to lock and open the bathroom lock and door handle. He said that is what the flight attendants do and I remember that I saw our flight attendant do just that.
