DVCRentalStore - How long to wait for a match?

So I submitted a request through DVC Rental Store and paid the initial $100 deposit a month ago for a stay next September. The request isn’t for a super popular resort but I still haven’t heard anything back. Does anyone know what their timeline is for refunding that payment if they can’t match me with an owner? On the website it doesn’t give a set time before they give up, so to speak. I think if I withdraw the request voluntarily I lose that $. It’s not a lot I know but I’d still like to have it to put towards my vacation. When I emailed a week or so ago, she simply said they’re still working on it. Any insight is greatly appreciated.
