Does anyone know if Lowes is opened tomorrow, 1/1/07? I'm off and need to get a few things for a do-it-yourself project.

yes, we were there today and there was a sign that said they'd be open from 8 or 9am (sorry, can't remember) until 6pm!

Most likely they are. If they do like Home Depot, they're only closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas Day, but open shorter hours today. I know HD is open 8-5 today.
