Lost tickets?

OP - Hope Disney is able to help you.

PP - you are correct, only Disney can check the number of days remaining on tickets; however, I usually have Disney check the number of days I have left, then put a piece of scotch tape on the back of my card and write the number of days on the piece of tape. That way I know how many days are on the card when I get home.

Disney keeps records on all tickets. There is no reason to feel this bad. Either you paid for the option and they will get you the proper tickets, or you did not pay for it. Whether or not you can buy the tickets you MIGHT need is up to your wallet, but if you do need more tickets it will be because you didn't pay for the option at the time.

To the person with universal tickets, as far as I know they keep records too, so contacting them would be my first move not my last.

Turns out we had only used 2 days. They are making our tickets good as we thought that's what we had purchased so we'll have 4 days left on our park hopper tickets. So happy!!

OP sorry about your problem. I hope you can figure something out.
OT but how were you going to check the remaining days on the tickets? I have a few laying around that I think have some remaining days but I thought you could only check them at Disney?

You have to do it by e-mail or fax. I didn't write the fax number down as I sent an e-mail. guest.services@disneyworld.com You have to send pictures (or scan) the front of the tickets, the back of the tickets and copies of your government issued ID.

That's great! I guess that means that you'll be spending an extra day in Disney this trip? Or will you hold onto that extra day for another visit since it's not going to expire?
