Lost MNSSHP tickets! Help!

We have just recently moved and our MNSSHP tickets are nowhere to be found. Has anyone else had this problem? Will Disney replace them or are we out of luck? Thanks for any help!

We had prepurchased ours as will call. When we picked them up 2 weeks ago they said keep our confirmation numbers in case we loose the tickets so they can be replaced.

We had them for less than a week and my DH accidentally threw them away! I called (frantic, of course) and they were very nice. They immediately sent me new tickets. I believe they were able to look up my info online. This happened when we purchased the tickets back in May or so.

I hope it works out for you. I still remember that sinking feeling as you realize what's happened. But rest easy and give them a call. I bet you can get this straightened out!

I just recently moved as well, and that was my biggest fear, losing my tickets! I kept them in the desk at my mom's house and went to get them after we had everything moved into the new house and put them in a drawer in my kitchen immediately! Everyone thought I was being silly, but I didn't want to lose my tickets!

I hope you'll be able to get replacement tickets!!
