Looking for pirate (jooly roger) with mickey ears

I've gone blind looking through everyone's WONDERFUL galleries!!! But I can't find exactly what I'm looking for. I saw it in another families trip report, of course I can't find that either...... hoping it was someone's wonderful design here.

It was an all black design (then put on a bright orange t-shirt). It was a skull and crossbones (the jolly roger symbol) wearing a Mickey ears hat. I'd like to make them for my family for the MNSSHP party.
