Live out of a suitcase or use the storage in the room

Curious to find out if you use the storage in the room for your clothes or just "live out of a suitcase" while you are at WDW?

Most hotels I live out of a suitcase, but for some reason while at Disney I unpack!

I cannot live out of a suitcase anywhere I go unless it's just one night.

I pack my clothes in nicely, and I wouldn't want to tumble my suitcase by searching for clothing in the bottom. I also like to hang up my blouses to get the wrinkles out. And then I'll use the drawers for shorts, pajamas, swimsuits, etc. Whenever I go anywhere, I have to spend a few minutes "moving in."

I use the ebags packing cubes. Unzip, fold the "top" under and stack them in the dressor. It's like unpacking, but less work. I live out of a suitcase a max of two nights. Don't ask me what happens on night three if I still am.

I pack my boys each day of clothes in a ziplock bag. I unpack them and they each have their own drawer to grab a bag and dress quickly to get to the parks!

I have to unpack, hang up my clothes, organize my toiletries in the bathroom---if I don't I just feel "unsettled". So call me a nut

2 nights or less out of the suitcase. Longer stays, especially at Disney I really want to feel at home so we use the storage provided.

Our typical stays are 6+ nights so we always unpack. If it is 1 or 2 nights, I may just leave it in the suitcase.

I love settling in!

One night, I'll pack a small bag with everything for the one night and unpack that one bag. Several nights, I'll unpack everything. Never had a problem.

Disney is a place I stay at least 10 nights. So I unpack. Other travel I do, the stay is never so long. On those shorter trips I live out of the suitcase and ready the next day's outfit as needed, on the night before.

In the good old days I always unpacked and hung all my clothes.

Now days I am too worried about bed bugs. I pack pants, top, socks and undergarments for each day in its own bag. At the end of the day the dirty clothes go back into that bag. Yep, I look a little wrinkled but I feel slightly better about reducing my chances of bringing home critters.

Suitcases, always. Too afraid of forgetting thing and I'm NO good at organizing. So keeping it all in 1 place is easiest for me.

I'm with you - bugs and "germs" that might have been left behind - better to keep my clothes in the suitcase - I do that with my bathroom stuff too- brushes, makeup, etc....all stay together in the the bag they came in

I will hang things up in the closest and put my shoes in there but I don't use the drawers, especially after finding some nasty things left behind in them.

I pack extra hangers. Pants and tops get hung up, undies, socks, shorts and tank tops go in drawers (after Lysol). I hate living out of a suitcase for anything over a 1 night stay.

I unpack everything ...don't feel settled in until I've done that. Although being remind of bedbugs the zip lock bagged outfits sound very good or the jumbo xxl ziplock bag sealed with all my clothes in it

cause i need someplace to put the dirty clothes. i don't do on vacation.

I unpack. As clean as I found my POP room to be last time, I didn't hesitate. Plus I too need to feel "settled." Until I have my toothbrushes in a cup on the sink, my shower supplies in the bathroom, and have hung up the last shirt, I feel out of sorts. Once all that is finished, I breathe a sigh of relief ... I'm on VACATION!
