Live from the Poly Club Level!!

Here I am LIVE from Poly CL.

Check in was fast and pleasant - everyone was very very nice. The room is smallish but very clean and is on the second floor with a partial castle view.

Bb is the usual 45% off of values and 40% off of deluxe resorts.

The parks are super crowded- IMO with larger crowds than last year. The was no seating at the Poly pool today - people were sitting on the ground!

The quiet pool was a little better but people were taking patio chairs from Samoa, chairs from CC's, and dragging loungers from far down the beach.

We had dinner at Fultons last night and IMO the food was not worth the $$$. It was overpriced, bland, and barely warm when it arrived. The crab cakes were good, but still not worth the cost.

We did EMH last night at MK and it was awesome as usual! All rides except the mountains and HM were walk ons.

Can u take alot of pics of the Hawaii Building inside and out. were staying there in August and are really confused on how u get inside the building and where the lounge is. Im not expecting you too but if u can

Hi PolynesianAlex!

Getting in the Hawaii bldg is really super easy. When you arrive at the Poly, they will take you right to the special check in desk inside the building on the first floor. The lounge is on the second floor above the check in section. Both of these sections are near the Volcano pool.

So, a partial Castle view? I thought you had a TPV room? Hope I'm wrong and it's a lagoon view.

I'm so excited you're there and settled in ..do you mind not having a balcony?

I just did the most amazing thing! When I sit on my bed, I can watch Wishes - from the bed - in the room! This LV room I got is fantastic!

For anyone who is on the fence about staying LV - do it! It's worth the extra $$$ IMO.

Oh, you'll get pics! I've taken a ton so far. We have a LV room - so that's why we have a partial Castle view. Rooms 2505- 2507 or thereabouts have a full Castle view with no blocking trees.

Not having a balcony is fine my me - I worry about DN5 with the balconies - he has no concept of danger or safety.

Can you let me know about bus transportation? We have never stayed at a resort that shares buses with other resorts. We love AK and will be going there for a couple of days, only 1/2 day at DS.
