I'm having trouble linking our DVC with My Disney Experience, when i go into MDE to add it it's not showing. It mentions about making sure both email address are the same which they are.

Did you create a new MDE account when you signed up on the DVCMember website? I also made that mistake. When activating your online access, there are two links; one if you have an existing MDE account, and one if you need to create a new one. If you already created a new one, as the previous posted stated, you'll have to call IT and have it sorted out.
