Linking DVC with My Disney?

Hi Gang,

I'm having trouble linking our DVC with My Disney Experience, when i go into MDE to add it it's not showing. It mentions about making sure both email address are the same which they are.
Any idea's?

Manually enter your DVC resort reservation number into MDE and it will work. Most of us have to do this every time.

Don't mean to sound dumb we're new to the DVC scene, how do I actually go about doing that?

Are you trying to link a resort reservation or are you trying to link your DVC membership?

Don't mean to sound dumb we're new to the DVC scene, how do I actually go about doing that?

If you have different profiles and log-ins for MDE and DVC, you will have to call and get tech support to fix it.

Linking a resort reservation:

Open the MDE app.
Click on "my reservations"
Click "link a Disney resort reservation"
Follow the instructions.

Trying to link our DVC membership

Did you create a new MDE account when you signed up on the DVCMember website? I also made that mistake. When activating your online access, there are two links; one if you have an existing MDE account, and one if you need to create a new one. If you already created a new one, as the previous posted stated, you'll have to call IT and have it sorted out.
