Link to things accepted on DDP table service menus?

I'm sorry if this has been asked, or if there is a link I'm missing...
But I am trying to figure out which meals (entrees desserts etc) are available on the DDP at each restaurant.
It seems like in the past each restaurant had different rules about which of their meals were available (especially places like Morocco where they have some really expensive meals meant to be split with other people).

If the entree, app or dessert states that it is "for two," then two people would have to order it to use your DDP credits. Otherwise, any app, entree, or dessert is available. Apps are only available with the DxDDP plan. Regular DDP is entree and dessert. At one time Morocco did an upcharge for their prix fix meal, but I'm not sure if they are still doing that. If there is a separate section on the menu for "sides," those will NOT be included with any DDP.

Drinks are a little more difficult. All regular coffee, tea, and soda fountain drinks are included. Some places include specialty coffees, shakes, smoothies, etc. You'll just have to ask when you order.
