Just as an FYI, Knott's may not be busy at all on Monday. You may be able to bang stuff out fairly quickly...

I'm not so much worried about Knott's, although frankly 6:30 is earlier than we like to eat but with them closing at 5:30 I figure that's the latest we'd make it to the marketplace. If it was later hours we wouldn't have to feel a little rushed with the hotel transfer but oh well. However it might mean we could meet after dinner if it ends as early as it's looking!

I am more bummed about the DCA day as I was hoping for a mid day pool break but we may not feel we have the park time to give up, and 10 just seems so LATE to open!

I'm having Los Sanchez right now.

I've totally done that!!! I mean, really, I have! I think we were camping, and the dirt had rendered the tape useless.

It does match Tink! Tink is going to FL but not to CA. It should work with the bags I'm taking to Cali but we will see.

That's why I wanted something like this, I can change pages up until we leave.

Thanks! Sat and Sun should be pretty mellow I think but Monday/Tuesday will be busy! All I have planned for Weds is the character bfast and our flight doesn't leave till 6 so we do have some decompress (and more shopping if we want) time then which will be good.

Thanks Carissa! I could probably skip the whole thing and just print out sheets and have with us to pull out in the am before we head out ect. like usual on a trip, but it's fun and kind of a test for FL to see how much I use/need them and mind carrying it.

ok, here is what I ordered yesterday.

I realize this is a purse. Fact is, I like purses. Every time I try to do a messenger, satchel, whatever, it just feels wrong and weird.

I think part of it is narrow shoulders? A longer hanging bag always falls off and I feel like I'm fighting with it to have it stay on my shoulder and the cross body look just....isn't attractive on me. Plus those bags look bulky SOOO quickly (to me).

I like something I can tuck under my arm where it feels safe and not grabbable and has an outside pocket for quick access to things I might need fast. I don't need a huge bag but it does need to hold a glasses case and my binder and a small wallet, the first 2 are a little bulky so this shape works a lot better than a messenger/satchel mailbag style. It should, theoretically hold a small sunscreen though I typically make Jeff carry anything bulky in the daypack.

I've been wanting a summer, lighter, black bag and I think this fits the bill just in general and will work well for Cali. It is more of a touring, non-park day vacation bag, a dinner out on vacation bag then a power tour option. I think. Vera will probably be used for the 2 park days, this the rest of the trip.
I don't know that this will go to FL as I'll have Tink and Vera for that but I do think I'll use it all summer!

It's fabric, it has one outer pocket, one inner and looks like it's the right size but we will see once it arrives. It matches all the grey stuff I just ordered without being too dark or wintry . They had tons of cute patterns but this seemed to go with everything the best. I always worry about the busy ones not really working with my outfits.

I also got this wallet to go with it which should hold a little more than the hard card case I use now. I like the fact that it zippers, this is the kind of thing when we go out to dinner sometimes I will just bring this and not a whole bag.

I think it looks that way on most people. Kendall looks adorable with hers. Me I feel like I have a neon sign saying "look at me! I'm cut in half!" and then a bulky thing riding on my hip adds to the attractiveness even more....

I'm just ready for it to be over...one way or another! I hid from Gourmet Club last night as I just didn't want to talk to anyone about it. Not that it would have come up....but it could have....

Hey! Just wanted to wish you good luck if you haven't left yet - I see your green light is on - but that doesn't really mean anything.

Love that new purse, cool pattern. I need to examine the park bag question myself. I don't think I want to carry the baggalini again. Too heavy.

Can't wait to hear how those sandals feel. They are very cute, and the soles look really supportive. If it turns out the straps are comfy I might look into getting a pair.
