We are staying at a Disney Hotel (The Swan and Dolphin) for the first time in a long time. Learning that parking a rental car is $40 a day, what is the best way for us to get from the airport to the resort? It is only two travelers. Should we Uber, take Mears, get a private car? Our flight gets in at 11:00 pm.

Or if you are not comfortable with a ride share, book a car service. The one I use is FL Tours and it is around $200ish for round trip service

The Mears Connect has the Dolphin and Swan listed as places they drop off. https://www.mearsconnect.com/hotels-serviced

We usually Uber/lyft and did on a flight that came in really late to the Dolphin with no issues and it was about $40 not including tip.

If I am flying in late by myself to a resort on WDW, I will usually do Mears Connect because it’s cheaper. A couple of times, they put me on a small van with a few people and we got there quickly. Another time I was in a Mears mini-van by myself. It was basically a taxi for less than $20.

I was also once in a Mears minivan by myself too! After arriving past midnight at Terminal C. The van arrived quickly and I was at my resort also quickly.

The only reason I even considered Mears that night was that even though it was midnight the prices that Uber and Lyft were quoting were outrageous.

But for two people, rideshare is probably the way to go.
