These photos are essentially GIFs. I guess the DisBoards phone and iPad app doesn't support it. Best was to view it would be on a computer. Or regular internet browser on your phone or tablet, not the DisBoards app.

It may take a minute to load. I haven't figured out how to compress them without it looking like crap.
