I just got a great Ding! fare on an existing flight we had booked for April. I cancelled the old flight and used the TT funds for the new Ding fares. I put my correct email in. I did all this about 3 hours ago.
I still haven't received my confirmation emails.
I called them and they found my new reservation and said they sent additional confirmation emails. Still haven't gotten those either.
Can't look it up using RR # because the card is in my desk at work and I was going to add it to the reservation tomorrow once I got the confirmation #.
So is this unusual?? Usually automatic emails like that show up almost instantly for me.
Yes, I checked junk email and Spam Fryer files.
