Hello everyone, it's been 10 years since I have visited Disney, That's hard to believe as in the late 90's and 2000.s I had annual passes and went 2-3 times a year. I was a pin trader, well still am but not like 99-00. LOL I read and read since booking in early August, but So much has changed and would love some tips, covid changed a lot also. We are staying at a timeshare and have no ADR and plan to do quick service meals during our days.
We got 3 day, 1 park each day tickets, 3 adults early 60's. We all walk good but we don't want to backtrack a lot if we don't need to. I did make my reservations, Mon. 10/25-Epcot, Tues. 10/26-MK and Fri. 10/29 AK, we have an early flight home on Sat.10/30. Hopefully these are good choices.
Questions,
What ride to hit first in each park? Anything new that is a do not miss? Anything that's really different 10 years later! We will try to be at parks when they open and stay to the nighttime events.
In Epcot we want to do Spaceship Earth, Soaring and Test Track, NO Mission for us! Also Nemo, Living with the land Figmit and I see there's a new Pixar 4 D show. How should we start? Fast Track first then switch sides and hit Soaring and then go back to Spaceship Earth? In World showcase, we want to do Remy, Norway and Mexico rides, and USA show. I know at 7AM I need to get a VQ for Remy. We do plan to stop at Crepes on the go for one snack/meal and most likely grab food at food and wine fest. Any tips where to eat quick service to have some AC if it's hot and we need a break? We like to relax and take it all in sometimes! Anything new in WS that I missed?
MK, Should we head to the Mine train first? This is most likely the most popular ride we will do. None of us do crazy coasters, I was Also thinking of hitting Splash 1st (haven't decide yet if we will do this or skip it, lol) then go to Adventureland, Our main rides to hit in MK are Pirates, Jungle Cruise, BTMRR, Mine Train, Haunted Mansion, and most of the rides in Fantasyland, speedway, Monsters, Buzz and COP, Any tips or suggestions much appreciated for the best way for us non-coaster people to start the park? Any suggestions on places to grab quick service where we can sit in AC if needed?
AK, I love AK. I just started researching AK, I feel I am running out of time and lots has changed here. I usually always go straight to the Safari and ride that first and then we do it again before we leave, love the Safari. Any tips how we should start this park? I thought maybe safari then go back to the Pandora area or should we hit that area first then move on to Safari? How intense is the new Pandora ride for those that get motion sickness? I want to try it so bad! Any other tips of new things and best plan for AK and quick service places with AC?
I did see where you order online for quick service and I believe from reading posts that you can order early and set up a time for later in the afternoon or evening, is this true? ? Any tips on best places and how to order online would be most helpful.
What am I missing? Anything "new' since 2012 that is a do not miss. Any help much appreciated!!!!! Thanks in advance!!!
