Laundry rooms at the BWV's?

I have never stayed in a studio at the BWV in the 11 yrs I have been a DVC member at the BWV's. I am now divorced, my dd's don't require naps and I want to conserve points for several other Disney trips late 2011 and a large beach vaca in 2012. So I am attempting to be point thrifty with my summer 2011 vaca. I have a standard studio booked for 13 nights. My one and only request will be to be close to laundry, where might that be? We have always had a 1-2 bedroom unit with the washer/dryer so I have never seen the laundry for the villas. Anybody?

It's on the first floor. Around the corner from when you exit the elevators to the right. To the left you'd go to the double doors to the pool passing the fitness room maybe or something like that.

Nope, at least not on the villa side. I am not familiar with the Inn side, but I would be very surprised if there were ever laundries over there.

Nope, only the one for the villas. There may be laundry rooms on the Inn side, but you don't get them for free. You have to pay for those.

And you will need your room key to get into the laundry room on the Villas side.

Good tip on the room key, I would have never thought to take it just to get into the laundry. I think I may miss having a washer/dryer more than the jacuzzi tub. I can't stand to take home dirty laundry. Although I may this trip because I will not do laundry like I do in the 1-2 bdr. Thanks for the responses!!

I have only used the laundry room a couple of times when we had a LOT of laundry and didn't want to do it one load at a time in the room. But I have never had to use a key to enter. Maybe I just happened to be there when the door hadn't closed all the way.
