Late, Late Arrival at OKW

We will be arriving very late - like around 11pm - to OKW for a 2BR in late March. I really don't want to stay off-site and then check-in the next day to get a "good" room. From what I've read, I doubt we'll be upset with any 2BR, as long as it's non-smoking (which was my only request). That said, I want to order groceries - both from Netgrocer and OKW for the perishable stuff.
Will this be a problem with a late arrival? Has anyone arrived super late and still been happy with the luck-of-the-draw on the villa choice? This is our first time Home and I really want to make a good impression on DH, who is marginally commited to our new home-away-from-home!

We have arrived as late as 3AM, and still never been disappointed with our assignments. We always ask for N/S, and always for a newer building (with the door in the laundry room) and have always had our requests filled.

As far as grocery, I am not sure. The only time we did internet grocery was in HH, and the stuff was already in the fridge when we checked in at 5pm. Not sure about in orlando.
