I miss it too -I just can't risk going on the net at work-But today I did get some Positive feedback-I guess the Nurses that are orientating me to the ER really think I'm doing a good job-so they said they are very pleased to hear that(they being my Educator and Boss)

they must of thought they hired a mad woman-wish I could see the eval that got them going Oh well, I'm glad I get to prove the eval wrong!!!

That is Great news Kim. I figured once they saw you in action first hand they would realize that the Evaulation was not correct.
