Last minute MNSSHP party advice please!

We are WDW vets but MNSSHP newbies, and going tonight! Where should we park ourselves to see the 8:00 Villains show and then the 8:30 parade? I know the later ones will be less crowded, but my 4-year-old won't make it much past nine.... Thanks in advance!

Find a spot along the Hub's parade route where you will have a good view of the Castle stage.
