Lots of squats. All the time. I do them during commercials - an evening of that and you'll feel it!

I do the Leslie Sansone "Walk Away the Pounds" DVD's, and I've noticed a big difference in my thighs, among other body parts! I have the 1, 2 and 3 mile workouts. I like that she uses weights for part of the work out.
I also had my first yoga/pilates class tonight, and I am already hurting! My legs feel like rubber! It was quite a work out!
I'm just curious if anyone has anything that's been working for them. Lately every time I've been looking down at my lap I've been getting depressed.![]()

I'd like to know, too, because when I've tried lunges, they HURT! Maybe because I'm so out of shape?Are they supposed to hurt?
