Hi guys,

It's my first time on this board, and this October we've decided to leave the safety of our beloved Disney to check out Universal.

I've been told that I should never take young ones out there for halloween (we have a 7DS) but I'd like to check here first.

Is it really that bad, and will they really try to scare him that much?

I'd hate to change our plans, and he'd be heartbroken...

Can you give me some info??

Thanks a ton! :)

It depends on how scared your son gets and how scared you get with things like haunted houses and whatnot. Each person reacts differently, and I have seen young children at HHN. Some get scared easily, some dont.

During the day your son will be fine, at night is when the things go bump in the night. :D Do expect short park hours though (closings around 5-5:30) so that Universal can prepare for Halloween Horror Nights.
