WE just got back Sept 4th after a week in the World on free dining! We did the dining plan last year but not during the promotion. Here is where we ate and my thoughts.....
Planet Hollywood - loved it! WE payed OPP for this, since we had a grand gathering using 2 credits. Food was good, was a little lo0ud but kids loved it. WE had sliders, burgers, and nachos, all yummy! Service was great!
Coral Reef - This is our second time here, and was again good. I had the steak, kids had pizza and one had had the mahi mahi, which was soooo good!!! I love their steak it was better then Le Cellier!
Le Cellier - BIG disappointment. Food was mediocore at best. Ordered the steak, dh ordered the prime rib, kids had steak and one had hot dog. Steak was burned for my son, mine was fatty and tough. The rissotto was delicious as was the snores dessert
T-Rex - LOVED IT!!! Kids had a blast, they were not busy so they took us an hour early! Food was good, I had a burger, was the best I have had! DH had the giganto burger and it was HUGE.......kids had chicken nuggets. Service was slower but overall a great spot!
Chef Mickeys - WE went here for breakfast for my sons 8th bday! Was great again, loved the food, was not very busy so lots of interaction etc. They brought him out a cupcake
Whispering Canyon - AWESOME! We have been here before but came for dinner with 8 of us for my sons bday dinner. They were awesome!!! Everyone had the skillet and it was really good. Kids had a blast!
Grand Gathering - Safari Celebration at Tusker House - this was only ok, were more animals out when we did the ride during the day. Food was good. Dessert yum. Music fun. I felt they tried to rush us etc. We had 12 people, and were the last to be seated, people were eating dessert as were getting our dinner. I think I would have prefered the breakfast, lol. Was neat beong in the park after it closed.
All in all a great holiday! Too much food though!
