Hi! Thought I would share my opinions on where we dined as I know others helped me a lot in the past.
Counter Serve:
Food and fun court - Contemporary
We had 2 kids chicken strip meals with drinks, a chili hot dog w/ fries and a coke to to tune of $20.00. Fast food comparable. Nothing special, not gross, just not good.
All Stars Movies Food Court
There were some good things and some bad things here. The double cheeseburgers were good and the chicken quesedias (spelling?) were a nice surpirse and quite tasty! I also enjoyed the london broil dinner one night. The taco salad was all right, nothing special. Now breakfast .... was BAD. Scrambled eggs = egg soup ... LOL. I'd much rather have bagels in the room.
My one Beetch about the set up of the food court....we were using youth group meal vouchers and we HAD to get our dessert at the same time we got our meal. So we'd get our hot items and then go stand in line for our dessert, by the time we got through the dessert line, our hot meal was cold. Then, by the time we ate our food ... our dessert (ice cream mostly) was melted!!! So Disney needs to come up with a better system than this. Even if you are not using a voucher ... you have to stand in line 2x's to get anything ... once at the food counter and then again to pay.

We only had breakfast here and it was pretty good.
SIT DOWN DINNERS:
Teppanyaki - GREAT FOOD! Our group was at four tables and two of our tables had wonderful, funny, entertaining chefs .. the other two tables (mine included) .... the chef did nothing. We were dissapointed because the other tables were laughing and getting a great show. But the food was good and the chestnut mouse was yummy. I would go back here if I have time.
1900 Park Fare - BEST characters I have ever seen in my life. Tigger was awesome. This was the highlight of our trip!! The food was nice too. Not outstanding .... but we went late at night so I think it had been out for a while. The mashed potatoes that are oarnge were excellent and the cheesecakes for dessert were awesome. I would go back here for sure!
50's Prime Time - Our CM ROCKED. She was really funny and gave each table quizes and stuff to do while we waited for our food. Food was pretty good. Downhomey. I had the chicken pot pie and I can't remember what DH had ... a steak sandwich maybe? Shakes are yummy and my DS ate almost a whole plate of smores by himself. (He is only 6 so I was impressed!) I would go back here if I have time.
Breakfastasaurus - A dissapointment after 1900 park fare. We felt rushed and I just found the place uncomforatable. There was not much character interaction at all. Come here, snap the picture .. next! I don't think it's the CM's fault ... it's just a large, busy breakfast. Our server was funny and her trick ketsup bottle was the hit of the meal. The food was ok. I'm not sure I will go back because I think there are other character meals with better interaction.
Kona Cafe - We ate here for lunch. We got the pot stickers & Stickey wings for apps and loved the wings, did not like the pot stickers. For lunch DH had this huge sandwich that was good ... I had the terryaki beef salad ... I sent it back because I didn't like the kind of greens in the salad (bitter, I think) ... and got the asian stir fry which I liked OK. For dessert he had the white chocolate cheesecake and I had the ko ko puffs ... both were very good. I would eat here again .... but for dinner when they have more of a selection.
Poly room service - Pizza was to die for. It now ranks as our #1 favorite all time pizza. Chicken quesadias and turkey club were just ok. But that pizza ... we ordered it twice.
That is it! So many more places to try!!!
