i am starting to plot my FP+ selections and I recently read that the jungle cruise is better at night because of the darkness and how some features "pop". We have never done the jungle cruise in darkness. Does anyone feel it is better at night? No difference? Again this info will help me structure one of my days.

Thanks

I think it's better at night- the darkness makes it a little "spooky" and makes the animals seem more real.

We did the "Jingle Cruise" at night, and still found it to be incredibly corny. LOL

I'm biased because Jungle Cruise is my favourite ride, but it is good fun at night and the skipper will have different jokes and gags too.

Great at night.

I also love Living with The Land at night (or after dark). In the fall/winter try to ride it before 7 when it's dark by 6 or so. Also, I think it's open for Epcot evening EMH. :)

It has much shorter lines at night and I think that adds to it for us. Being dark with minimal lighting does change the ambiance as it's closer to going down some river in the jungle with barely light only coming from the boat..

We did it for the first time at night, everyone liked it better. Maybe because it gives it a different look.

Way better at night. The dated fakeness of everything is not so obvious, allowing you to embrace the attraction more.

The dated fakeness is the best part! Just like the 70's futuristic scifi feel of Tomorrowland...I hope they never change it. :)

See there is something for everyone ............. I hate it. I would gladly skip that attraction and Small World every trip if DS didn't want to ride it.

And Tomorrowland is sad, needing a complete overhaul. Fingers crossed that is next in MK.

Maybe some new rides, but I hope that 70's vibe stays!!! Pure kitsch. :)

We went at night for the first time our past trip, it was all decorated for Christmas. I don't know if I think it was better at night it was different. I enjoy the whole corny aspect to it.
