According to the physical and Sam's site ads gift cards are not eligible for early Plus member access so these start for everyone on 11/1 at 9AM. If you click on the gift card and pull it up on the Sam's site it even says it there as well, along with a price of $190 so who knows what's going to happen with these or when they will actually go on sale! Obviously Sam's FB admins don't!

At this point regardless of what the ads or FB says, being a Plus member, I'm still going in at 9 tonight to see what happens. Maybe if we go back to BF actually being on BF all this confusion will go away!

It seems impossible that Pepper can be making a profit, and everyone has been expecting Pepper to shut down for months. Instead, they sent out a bunch of spend $50 get $15 AmEx offers. I feel pretty good about these offers with the guaranteed 30% discount up front, so I won't feel to bad if Pepper doesn't pay out the 12x or 14x Pepper coins bonus.

Yeah, I just signed up with the code to get $5 in Pepper points instantly and bought $55 in Amazon GCs for $50. Once the Amex credits that’s 55 for $35 which is good enough for me.

Of course going into Amex to find the Pepper offer I also found a Crunchyroll spend $7.99, get $7.99 back, use 2 times. So the kids are getting free anime for 2 months.

I am messaging with Sam's Club and they are saying that the promotion for the Disney Gift Cards should be $180 starting today at 9pm EST. this is very confusing

Did you buy physical GC at Walmart? If so, were they variable or fixed amount? And did you go to a human cashier or the self-checkout? Trying to understand some variables here so I can try again in the next day or two.

I can't believe I forgot to say this earlier. You can only purchase physical gift cards with gift cards loaded to the Walmart wallet. You cannot purchase digital gift cards. I purchase them online and have them shipped to my home. I've never tried to do it in store. I am able to checkout with two $100 physical gift cards in my basket. I do not know it it is possible to purchase more in a single transaction, but Walmart only lets you load 5 gift cards at a time.

ETA - I've also seen posts that you can purchase digital gift cards using gift cards stored in the Walmart wallet, but only if the total amount of your purchase is greater than the total of the gift cards being applied. I haven't tried this, though. I may give it a shot with the sale tonight.

I just did the second item with a 15 dollar Walmart gift card and then paid the rest on my credit card for a 100 dollar DGC.

According to the ads, both paper and on their site, gift cards are excluded from early access meaning no matter who you are you can't buy them until 9AM on 11/1. Sam's FB admin said otherwise so if you are Plus still do try tonight just in case. I'm not expecting to be able to buy tonight but this is so all over the place right now it's worth a shot.

It also says the same exclusion applies (see below) when you click on the direct link Fox63 provided above. Plus early access would be 10/31 at 9PM and Sam's is saying no to that for gift cards. Notice the price is wrong as well but that could easily change when they go on sale.
