Wait. She did not lie prior to the murder. She lied after the murder. Did Jodi answer a question to Juan about lying to AL?

I think he was alluding that the only time ALV spoke with Jodi was after the murder, so ALV saying she didn't lie prior to the murder was a moot point. All the ALV interviews of Jodi were after the murder so it is possible she lied to ALV.

Willie is driving me crazy! She objects and uses "mischaracterization of testimony" and when that got overruled, she threw "speculation, too" at the judge to see if that would stick.

I don't recall anything like this. These two trials are SO different. I've said it once or twice or a million times on these threads, but the way Judge Perry ran that courtroom was awesome, right down to being ON TIME each day.

He just got ALV to call Jodi a liar and that she does not know that anything she told her is true!

Boom totally discredits her "Evidence" because it can all be based on lies from a person that has lied a lot in the past and JM got ALV to say it herself, lol!
