She is not gonna let him talk her into a corner even if she has to be up there forever not answering or explaining her answers or not understanding the question.

Maybe they should call in CSI so it can be finished in an hour! :lol:

Yikes, WPack, you do realize the State has to prove premeditation and the Defense is trying for 2nd degree to get Jodi a lighter sentence, right? That's not cut and dried.

And the jury is going to decide this case on limited evidence, and that's more than what Laviolette has had to work on so I hope they can piece together a 1st degree conviction... even if they don't like Martinez.

I want you to listen to the testimony RIGHT NOW, and tell me he is not making a stronger case of ACTUAL evidence , just like you talk about here, rather the ALV's opinion "Evidence".

He has LOTS of evidence which he has already presented that has already shown premeditation. You seem to want some kind of "smoking gun" like record of a conversation JA had or something she wrote down that proves without a doubt she planned this murder.

RARELY is that the case and many people are put to death with less then JM has presented. JA might not get the DP, but JM is doing everything he can to get it.

She is just like Samuels. Constantly changing her story or saying something wasn't relevant when she is caught in a lie. Or left her real results on her desk at home. Or misspoke. Or got the wrong answer the first time and had to change it when approached about it on the stand.

If the DT is stating that Juan threw pens, or is yelling, don't you think that the judge would have noticed that so long ago and taken care of it.

Honey, I'm in Texas, we'll kill ya even if you're innocent and if JM doesn't get the death penalty or life without parole in this case, he lost. That's cut and dried.

Maybe you should read the potential jury instructions to understand what I'm talking about, you're the one that thinks this is a cut and dried case.
