I can see your point with JM from time to time, but not all the time. You seem to have an insider's mind on how the court system works and how DT and prosecutors work. Most of us don't have that advantage, nor does the jury (I'd assume), so I can see how there would be different perspectives.
I also realize that some things that JM asks of ALV aren't black and white and may need a bit more explaining, but there are very, very few things that she won't answer directly when it would be that simple. She lost me with her smug attitude on first day of cross. I'd think she would want to come across as a likeable person, one who cooperates because that is more likely to get the people to listen and actually hear your words.
