Isn't there a commercial where the wife sprays some lemon pledge or pinesol or something and the husband comes home, smells the air and says "Wow hunny, you must have cleaned ALL day!!"....maybe you could do that! I'm fortunate enough that my child doesn't make comments on my housekeeping. If she does, she gets to clean!

Oh because ALV is not sidestepping every question JM askes her right? JM is not being super aggressive today either so don't have that as an excuse, ALV is being difficult and trying to sidestep questions.

JM is making great points about how she never even talk to travis or the other girl, but based on Selected Texts (selected by the DT) alone (which she says is only 10% on a conversation) she made an opinion of both of them, which is ridiculous.

Seriously I know you don't like JM, but you can at least give the man his due, he is doing a great job destroying her testimony's credibility.

WPack, this isn't about whether I like Martinez or not, he can do better than this or maybe not, but he should be getting the answers he wants if he phrased his questions better.

And yes, Laviolette used the evidence supplied to her, just like the jury will have to use the evidence submitted to them and the public will continue this outcry of why wasn't such and such evidence used. This isn't a simple cut and dried case.

I admit I did not watch direct examination for this witness. I just couldn't do it. So I missed the whole Snow White thing and I have no idea what that means. Can someone please quickly summarize? Thanks so much!!

Yes it is, this case is as cut and dry as it gets!

JA killed TA, she stabbed him 29 times, slit his throat and shot him in the head, she admits to killing him and there is tons of evidence to prove it also. Tell me one other case in human history that a person was slaughtered in that fashion in "Self Defense"? What is TA, The Terminator?

JM is getting the answers he wants also, ALV is trying her best to deny justice by being difficult in her responses, this is making JM take a long approach to getting the answers, but he is getting them and ALV is slowly crumbing under her only overreaching testimony that was based on LIMITED text based conversations with people she never even met.

Think about how how easy it is to take the side of someone you get to know like ALV did JA, vs someone have never met, you have limited texts fed to you about, and that also happens to be the person that person you are getting to know is bad mouthing?

Her actions affected everyone. Most people think it only effects them, but affects everyone down the line.
