Yes they did.

I have a 3 day 1 park ticket with Lightning Lane Multi Pass. This is the new name for Genie+. I bought the Lightning Lane Multi Pass at the same time I bought my tickets and I paid $32 per day for it.

This means I can

1. Book the next available arrival window for the rides on the list
2. Modify an arrival window time
3. Use Photo Pass with out any extra charge (edited)
4. I need to pay extra for the Lightening Lane Single Pass rides, which are Rise of Resistance and Radiator Springs Racers.

Lightning Lane Premier Pass is different
With Lightning Lane Premier Pass you do not have to book the next available arrival window. You just go to the ride when you want to.
You do not have to pay extra for the Lightening Lane Single Pass rides, which are Rise of Resistance and Radiator Springs Racers.

Cost of Lightning Lane Multi Pass (formerly Genie +) is <$35 if you purchase it with your tickets and $35-$40 if you purchase it on the day you arrive. Some people purchase a 4 day ticket but only want to use LLMP two of the days. If that is the case, it would be more cost effective to purchase it on the individual days when you enter the park. Either way, you can't book any rides until after you scan in past the turnstile that day.

Cost of Lightning Lane Premier Pass is $399/day. It allows you to go on each LL attraction one time. It also includes PhotoPass.

Some purchase both LLMP as well as LLPP so that they can use LL to go on attractions more than once.
